Almost M- but not quite.

VG Very Good

Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise / clicks / pop's etc may be more evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Cover: Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams.

VG- VERY GOOD  MINUS

Vinyl: May have continuous crackles, pops, etc / label ware... But not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the Casual listener.

G Good +

Heavily marked, scratched etc, but will play through.. Cover: Very heavy wear, But still a Cover!

G Good

( It's Shot!! For Die Hards Only!)

Writing on sleeve or label will reduce the grading as appropriate.

Sleeve graded first then media, e.g. vg / vg+ very good sleeve and very good plus media (vinyl). Where there is no grade would mean cover only or record only. 45'S with graded sleeve are all Picture sleeves

PLN = White or Brown etc (Plain) paper sleeve
